So, I guess this post will be a mix of everything from the Vancouver weekend!! We have Jared, Jensen, Richard, Steve, Traci, Misha, The Ghostfacers, Aldis and some general stuff :D

Home!! After I slept a few hours I even feel slightly human again! Yay. The journey back was exhausting… and the flight quite bumpy! As always, PCD is hitting me hard already :-( I wish I could have stayed longer in Vancouver, cause this city is sooo damn gorgeous!

But now… let’s talk about the con. I figured, if I don’t do my con report right away, I’ll never get to it *lol* So as always… not really details about the panels, but my personal experiences and impressions.

Heyaaa! Sitting at the Vancouver airport! *sigh* Our flight is in about an hrs! But they have free internet here! So... YAY!

Up until yesterday we even had free internet in our room!! Which is kinda rare since you usually have to pay for it.

The last day in Vancouver was great... we did some heavy shopping and then had a relaxing evening!!

I guess a real update with more details about the con will come when i am back home!! :-)

Also, I have to say, I am VERY happy with all my photo ops time!!! *smiles* That actually never happened before!!!

So yeah... read you later!! (much, much later!! lol )

Alright... another fly-by update! The panels are over!! The boys were a blast (well, DUH! lol )

First, Jensen's panel. As always, I am not getting into detail about what was said... cause this will be all over LJ anyways... He was very dynamic on stage... after a few mintues he put the chair away and walked up and down the stage, answering questions.
Then Jared entered the stage and we got the J2 panel. What I loved was that Jared immediately said... "Wait? Where are the mics? Ppl should asked their questions themselves!!!" Which was really great. And up until the last question everything was well...! Well, until the PETA question. I am sure you've heard of it.

Oh and yeah... in case u are wondering. There was no Jared solo panel. J2 were longer on stage and than they ran out of time!! :-( Yeah... so that really, really sucked :-(

Day two is coming to an end!! It was a fabulous day… but also slightly exhausting.

First of all… I saw Travis again!! And YES, he is still as pretty as I remembered :-D Had my Ghostfacers pic taken earlier today and we did some goofy stuff. I asked for a funny pic and that they could do whatever they wanted. lol I haven’t gotten my picture back, yet. So I am rly curious what it will look like.

And, I have to say, I am VERY impressed by Jake Abel! He is such a funny guy. Since this is his very first convention, I figured he would be a little bit shy… but NO. lol Also… he told some great backstage stories… (especially about Jared and HOW gassy he is… and every time he farts, Jared runs around, yelling in a deep voice “I am fratacus” ROFL ) Yep… that’s Jared right there.
Jake also did some funny Dean impressions.
After his panel, I had no choice but buy a photo op with him! *sigh* More money spent. Not good… definitely not good.

Misha was his creepy/dorky/awesome self on stage. Not going into details, cause I am sure all his minions will bring every single detail to the internet! So, I don’t have to worry about that.

Also… I did enter a question for Jared’s panel tomorrow! So, PLEASE keep your fingers crossed for me that my question gets picked!!! :-)

Speaking of… time for a little freak out: OMG JARED!! TOMORROW!! LESS THAN 24 HOURS!

I have a bunch of pictures, especially from Travis and AJ, as they were joking around right infront of our seats. But the internet is so freaking slow right now, there is no way for me to upload.

And in general I can just say that I am having a wonderful time with angels_cordy, faith_mars and thescenery.

We still have the dessert party ahead of us! YAY. Misha, Jake, Richard, Travis and AJ are supposed to show up! It's going to be a fun evening!!! :-)

Had Gabe’s, Alona’s, Julie’s and Traci’s panel today and of course, as always, they rocked :-) It was the first time for me to see Traci live on stage and she is beyond awesome. First of all, she looked breathtaking. Wow. As she went on stage we all were like “holy shit”!! And she is such a lovely and yet strong person. I love that she speaks her mind! (but sometimes it’s not for her own good, let me tell ya LOL )
Gabe was as dorky as ever. He talked about his “crush” on C. Michael Hall and told some other things. But mostly stuff we already know (like the “passing by Jensen’s trailer and hearing him yelling “Damnit! Jared!” story etc. )
And of course Alona and also Julie were so damn cute. The three girls joked around a lot and had a great chemistry on stage

So.... we had the location tour today…. and I just can say: It was worth every cent!! .-D It was effing awesome.
We started out with going to the Templeton High – the one which was used in Afterschool Special. Not only did we see the building from the outside, but we even were allowed to go inside and looked at the actually hallways and rooms they were shooting in.

After that… we headed to Terminal City (back then they built the set for Dark Angel) It was used in many Supernatural episodes as well (like “What is and what should never be” or “Fresh Blood”) And again, we did not just see it from the outside, but wandered through the old roads and warehouses. Very impressive.

Next stop was the “Riverview Hospital” were episodes like Asylum, In My Time of Dying etc. were filmed. Unfortunately, this was the only location we were not able to go inside, cause it is actually used for shooting Fringe right now. So we saw all the Fringe production trucks and the crew working on the set up.
Also, on the backside of the building, there is the prison yard they used for “Folsom Prison Blues” :-D

Fourth stop was special. It was a looong drive but then we finally arrived in the western town they used for 2x21 and we saw the actually spot where Sam died. This “city” looks sooo huge on screen, and when you walk through it, it looks so tiny. *lol* But man, it was so impressive and definitely something you are not able to see every day. We literately wandered through the whole location, the same way Jared and Co. went all the time.

After that, another long drive was on the program… and then we ended up at the Crossroads. Actually, it’s a huge field with lots of streets. The guy told us that every car scene/car chase is filmed there (like the one in Route 666 or the crash in the finale of season one) Also, in the beginning of season two, as the boys were ditching the rental car, they were walking down that road.
He also showed us where Harvelle’s Roadhouse was located, where the built the gas station for 4x01 and the diner for 2x21. ALSO we saw THE crossroad… you know, THE one where all the deals are made. And the funny thing… the whole road is covered with asphalt . And only in the middle there is a small grassy hole where they dig in all the crossroad spell stuff. And all the pebbles you see in the actual scenes are added by the production and are not really there all the time.

And last but not least… we drove by the actually set of today’s shooting – twice!! Unfortunately we did not see the boys or the Impala, but we saw Clif. Plus some guys from the Spn crew were waving at us.

Also, while we were driving we got lots of backstage stories, pranks from set, the occasional “ohl look out the right window - we were shooting the episode xxx in that motel!” So we saw LOTS of motels and other location on our whole drive (the motel and bridge from 2x14, the motel from 3x03 the bank from Nightshifter…. etc)

It was an AWESOME day!!
I am not sure if I’ve already mentioned it, but our hotel is located vis-à-vis from the church of Houses of the Holy! LOL Now that’s what I call perfect! And from our hotel room we actually see down the church *lol*

So yeah… so far, this whole trip really rocks.

Let me tell you, Vancouver is such a beautiful town. Honestly, I like it waaaay more than San Francisco!! It’s just… wow!
We wandered around downtown today. And later, we went to Stanley parked and went from east to west. This park is truly breathtaking. I think, if I would be living here, I would go there every other day!

We are heading to Morton’s in a few minutes! It’s gonna be a great evening.

This year, I had the pleasure to work with the amazing and talented myhyperbole. And you have no idea what a joy it was to work with her. Her story RETRIBUTION is amazing – it’s witty and funny, angsty but also adorable. It truly inspired me for all the following art.

Alright… part 2 and also final part of my con weekend recap.

Man, I am finally home, sitting on my own bed with my own laptop. Hurray!! I am so effing exhausted, woke up with a sore throat and I already feel a fever being on its way *sigh*. Especially the train ride back from Vienna to my hometown was hell. But now I am finally home.

Therefore… I guess, I’ll get started on my con report :)

Still not home yet... but at least I am already back in Austria *g* So, I don't have time for a lengthy report, but I promised some guys of you to post some goodies.

First, let me say... I didn't record much b/c I didn't want to risk getting thrown out (especially since we had pretty good seats all over the weekend) But I wanted to record some few highlights as sort of a remembrance of the w/e.

Scared of Thursday and the Spn season finale?

Well… fear no more… as far as takemejustasiam and myself are concerned, Sam and Dean are having fun in Disney World, joined by the one and only angel Castiel.

Well, all of this is a result of takemejustasiam and me txting each other constantly about Sam and Dean and what they’d do while being at Disney. And well, the end result is crack in its finest :D

So, if you also want to jump on the “everything is fine between Sam and Dean and there’s just brotherly love going on all around” bandwagon, check this out :D Uh, and Castiel gets wet! :O
